Job Title: Marketing Executive Reports to: Operations Director Remuneration: £28,282 - £31,364 pro rata Working Hours: 20 - 30 per week. Office based, Monday to Friday with approximately 1 day pm at weekends. Key Purpose Through effective marketing and using a range of communication channels, the post holder will reach target audiences to help promote High Rise, drive sales and boost brand recognition. A key focus will be fostering collaboration with existing contacts to help increase customer loyalty, and engage new corporate clients to expand revenue streams. As part of a small team the postholder will help to: Manage communication channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and advertising. Use software to design materials for digital and print, film and edit video and photography for website and social media channels Manage the marketing calendar to align with business needs, seasonal trends and promotional goals Liaise with guests in relation to booking enquiries and feedback as well as external partners to maximise promotional opportunities Monitor and analyse marketing performance across all communication channels, using relevant tools and software (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) Investigate income potential through engagement with local professionals already working with families to promote High Rise as an alternative venue for their classes and sessions Complete award or funding applications as appropriate to maximise promotional opportunities This job description is neither exhaustive nor exclusive and may be reviewed depending upon operational requirements and staffing levels. Personnel Specification Essential Experience, Skills and Aptitude 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C (or equivalent) including English Language Minimum of 2 years management of social media platforms, including advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Business) Website management and SEO, tracking and reporting on performance using analytics Video editing and graphic design (eg Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign / Canva) IT literate to include all Microsoft Office programmes Up to date with current social media trends and confident in capturing and editing video and graphics content Excellent writing, proofreading and content editing skills Strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative Possess a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
