The Role
As a Grower, you'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of nursery operations, supporting senior growers and learning the full crop production cycle. From pest monitoring to irrigation and machinery, you'll be involved in every stage of the growing process.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a clear pathway to develop your career further.
Day-to-Day You'll Be:
1. Assisting with crop care, including irrigation, pest and disease monitoring, and general husbandry
2. Implement biological, environmental, and cultural controls
3. Operating machinery, including seeding lines.
