Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and grow our pharmacy services within the care home sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with care home operators, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand pharmacy services within the care home sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with care home managers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
* Promote the benefits of our pharmacy services, including safe medication management, timely delivery, and clinical support.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets .
* Work closely with the pharmacy operations team to ensure smooth service implementation for new clients.
* Provide market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales/business development, ideally within pharmacy, healthcare, or care home services.
* Strong understanding of the care home sector and its needs.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* Ability to travel as required to meet clients and prospects.
