Experience working in a school setting and experience with SEMH pupils is favourable.
We are looking for staff who can work across most/all subjects. \n\nDriving and own car are essential due to rural location.\n\nRequired Experience:\n\nQTS or Equivalent\nTaught across class subjects \nBe highly organised with excellent communication skills\nHave a desire to work with, inspire and support children\nHave an interest in supporting young people with a variety of SEND\nHave experience supporting children with additional needs\nBe a part of the school team taking part in the wider school environment\nHave an understanding of SEMH and Behavioural TeachingJob Description:\n\nTeaching children across a timetable and full curriculum\nSupporting staff/children during lunch and break times\nManaging pupils personalised learning based on their individual need.\nDelivering to small groups\nCollecting evidence of children's work to support their assessment\nManaging Teaching Assistants within the class settingSupport:\n\nDedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions or concerns\nCV writing support\n£150 Referral scheme for Teachers and Teaching Assistants\nAccess to training workshops and CPD courses to provide professional development.INDELNOT
