Business Development Manager–6655
Location: Cheltenham (2 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + 20% bonus
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities? This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation with a professional, forward-thinking culture.
The role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive, research-led outreach. Using LinkedIn and email as your primary tools, you’ll build relationships with senior decision‑makers, introduce the company’s services, and help drive long‑term commercial growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential clients across relevant sectors
* Develop and deliver well‑crafted outreach campaigns, primarily via LinkedIn and email
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
* Manage meetings and presentations, articulating value clearly and confidently
* Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently to nurture prospects
About you:
* Some experience in sales or account management, ideally within a professional or consultative environment
* Confident engaging with directors and senior stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
* Self‑motivated and proactive, with a professional and positive attitude
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools to research and connect with prospects
