The Vacancy RSRT Physical Wellbeing Coach We're looking for an energetic, supportive, and person-centred Physical Wellbeing Coach to join our Right Support, Right Time (RSRT) project a cross-community initiative focused on improving physical and mental health, funded by PEACEPLUS. About the Role As a Physical Wellbeing Coach, you'll work directly with people supported by Inspire to help them improve their physical health, develop confidence, and explore new ways of being active. Whether it's planning group sessions, supporting individuals with health goals, or connecting them with community-based fitness opportunities, you'll be at the heart of a project that puts people first. You'll bring compassion, creativity, and encouragement, helping people to find joy in movement and build healthier lifestyles. What we're looking for: Experience supporting others in a coaching or wellbeing role A recognised qualification in physical activity, fitness, or health promotion (e.g. fitness instructor, sports coaching, health & wellbeing qualification) A genuine interest in people and inclusive practice Strong teamworking, communication, and motivational skills Flexibility to travel and support across a regional area Why Join Us?
