About the role
We’re looking for a Resilience Manager to join our Audit, Risk and Assurance team to shape and deliver a strong resilience framework that supports quality, risk management, assurance, and business continuity.
You’ll offer clear insight and guidance to senior leaders, helping ensure risks are understood, managed, and aligned with strategic goals. By applying quality standards and assurance principles, you’ll support long-term success. Therefore, this role is suitable if you have experience in proactive quality, risk, assurance, or governance roles that uses evidence-based approaches to strengthen resilience and drive organisational improvement.
How you’ll make an impact:
* Improving resilience by aligning assurance activities with regulations and best practice
* Leading incident reviews, identifying root causes, and using data to prevent future issues
* Maintaining and testing continuity plans and running scenario exercises with senior stakeholders to strengthen response capability
* Identifying and addressing resilience gaps by applying lessons from incidents and testing to future planning
* Providing clear risk reports and strategic advice to leadership, supporting compliance and long-term goals

* Proven experience in leading and managing teams
* Strong planning skills with the ability to balance strategy and operational delivery
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, including root cause analysis
* Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
* Accountability, integrity, and transparency in decision-making
* Experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects and handling high-pressure situations
