We're working with a highly regarded creative agency that specialises in B2B brand experiences, helping clients bring their stories to life through events, exhibitions, and immersive content.
They’re currently looking for a Strategist – someone who’s equally comfortable with insight, creativity, and client collaboration.
This is a pivotal role within the agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for uncovering the insights that underpin creative concepts, writing clear and inspiring briefs, and shaping the strategic red thread that runs through every project. They’ll work closely with creative and design teams to ensure the final output stays grounded in audience understanding and client objectives. They’ll also play a key role in developing event concepts in partnership with experience and spatial designers, while contributing fresh thinking and cultural awareness into the heart of the agency’s work.
The Strategist will also be central to how the agency communicates its ideas – writing pitch documents, contributing to presentations, and playing a leading role in new business activity. There’s also an expectation that they’ll support the agency’s marketing, thought leadership and ongoing conversations around the future of live experiences. Crucially, they’ll be seen as a trusted advisor to clients – someone who can provide insight and inspiration on how events can play a role in wider business goals.
The agency understands that this is a fairly specific role and isn’t expecting candidates to tick every box. This could suit someone from an account management background who’s keen to move into strategy, or someone already working in a strategic role who’s looking to gain more creative influence and client ownership. What’s most important is that the person has experience in B2B communications, ideally with exposure to live events, and a background in a creative agency setting. They’ll need to be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset and a curiosity about culture and ideas.
