The Field Technical Support (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer(s) problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. Yo. You'll be a key member to help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
This position is part of the Customer Care function and is located in Barcelona

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team. This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part our culture to develop and grow our teams.
Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in keys projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our company
Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Technical or University degree in Biomedical, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or Experience in Maintenance and repair of laboratory electronic equipment
Experience in a similar role or in a customer facing one.
Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written
Valid driving license and availability to travel 80% of the time, including 30% of the time in other regions of Spain then Catalonia
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Demonstrated ability diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer
