Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic Accountancy Firm in Norwich in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Bookkeeper. Key duties include: * Undertake bank reconciliations * Raise sales invoices as per clients’ instructions * Process supplier invoices and allocating payments * Checking purchase orders against invoices * Reconcile supplier statements * Collate and process expenses * Post monthly payroll journals * Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines * Provide support to clients via telephone, email etc * Prepare responses to supplier and clients queries * Credit control on behalf of clients – sending the initial email or making the first phone call to customers * Ensure accurate statements are sent to customers Key Skills: * Bookkeeping experience in a practice is essential * Experience using QuickBooks and Xero would be beneficial * Excel knowledge Our clients also offers fantastic benefits and a very competitive basic salary.
