The Role
The Senior Commercial Analyst will support Norton’s commercial planning and marketing functions by providing insights and data-driven decision support. This role suits a detail-oriented, analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates across teams to drive strategic results.
The responsibilities include data analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial reporting, and administrative support—enabling informed decisions across sales, marketing, aftersales, network development, and alternative revenue streams.
Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
* Data Analysis & Insight Reporting: Support Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, Network Development, and Revenue teams; manage data sources; develop dashboards; translate data into insights; present findings to senior stakeholders.
* Administrative & Financial Support: Manage purchase orders; oversee invoice reconciliation; support budget tracking for campaigns and projects.
* Meeting & Project Coordination: Coordinate meetings and workshops; maintain the Product Planning Request Register; support project timelines and communication.
Candidate Profile
* 5-7 years experience in a commercial, business analyst, or strategy role, preferably in consumer products, automotive, or manufacturing.
* Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
* Experience sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
* Ability to deliver insights that influence strategy and performance.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across matrixed organizations.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
* Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
