A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an EYFS Teaching Assistant in Chorley within a well-established mainstream primary school. This position begins in September 2026 and offers a temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidate.
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support young children in their early development, contributing to a stimulating and supportive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support EYFS curriculum delivery including phonics and numeracy
* Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups
* Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
* Assist with observations and assessments

Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential)
* Experience supporting children in an Early Years setting
* Passion for child development and education
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Paediatric First Aid (beneficial)
