Our Specialist Palliative Care Home Team provides expert specialist palliative care advice and support to people in the community, covering Cambridge City, South Cambridgeshire and East Cambridgeshire. We have an opportunity to join us in a Team Lead position, we are able to cosider working hours between 30 - 37.5 hours per week.
This role is a great opportunity for anyone wishing to progress within the managerial side of nursing or who would like to progress to a position of Matron/Charge Nurse.
You will lead the team of experts to ensure a coordinated and responsive service, working closely with the Consultant and Matron for Clinical Services.

Successful candidates will be a NMC Registered Nurse, with post registration qualifications in cancer / palliative care or long-term conditions and experience of managing a team. It's also a requirement to have relevant post registration experience delivering palliative care.

Starting salary of £47,810 with opportunities to progress to £54,710.
Please note that the salary quoted is based on full time hours and will be pro-rata’d for part time posts. As a Charity with limited funds, it is usual practice for new starters to commence on the minimum of the salary band for the role. Exceptionally, and only for candidates demonstrating significant strengths relevant to the role, we may be able to negotiate on this.
