Key Responsibilities: Manage a small portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met efficiently. Review working papers prepared by accounts assistants to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee the preparation of tax returns and VAT returns by other team members. Act as the principal contact for clients, working closely with partners on larger accounts. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. Meet with clients to discuss business development needs and offer strategic advice. Requirements: Recently qualified ACCA/ACA accountant. Experience working in practice, managing a small portfolio of clients. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
