About the role – DFYNE your Career:

First off, it's best I introduce myself Not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it is important.

Hello I'm Tayler, the Head of Events here at DFYNE.

I will be honest with you, there are never two days the same at DFYNE. One minute you have a fully ticked off to do list, the next you can be fighting fires. The unexpected is probably the most challenging part of the job, but with an amazing support network from the team we have built within, and a companywide attitude of not being afraid to fail, it makes staying loyal to your visions and tasks a lot easier.

You will be working very closely with myself and the other wonderful events coordinators, with the support, planning, organising and execution of events to make everyone attending feel incredible. We want to create experiences that align with DFYNE, leaving our athletes, colleagues and customers feeling inspired and looking forward to the next DFYNE event.

I am looking for someone with an exceptional eye to detail, great at problem solving under pressure and has the ability to work collaboratively and confidently to share ideas and communicate with other teams to ensure a seamless result

When working on multiple projects at the same time, all with different targets and deadlines, life can seem pretty chaotic. But, if you are someone who can power through the pressure, then the events team will be the right fit for you.

Requirements:

A current passport & legally able to obtain travel VISAS.

Key Responsibilities:

* Booking travel and accommodation.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of event timelines, checklists, and documentation.
* Support logistics coordination, including venue setup, catering arrangements, and equipment logistics.
* Collaborate with wider DFYNE team on the preparation of events & assist in the on-site setup, coordination, and breakdown of events.
* Build relationships with current/new suppliers.
* Provide on-site support during events for athletes, staff, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Experience Needed:

* Absolutely none. We don't hire only on experience.

Skills:

* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
* Time management, ensuring deadlines are met
* Positive can-do mindset that helps motivate the team
* Bringing fresh ideas and innovative touches to elevate experiences
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
