Residential Property Fee Earner - Stockport - Permanent - up to £40K DOE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fee Earner to join our client based in Stockport on a permanent basis. You will ideally have experience working in Residential Property.
Duties include:
- Attend and participate at group meetings
- Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing and cash collection in line with agreed targets
- Support with business development opportunities
- Participate in marketing activities
- Attend client both in person and via telephone
- Manage the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management systems
- Conduct of matters on behalf of clients accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firms procedures
The successful candidate will have experience and a Paralegal/Conveyancer within Residential Property, will be a team player and have the ability to manage their own workload. This is an exciting opportunity to support a reputable and growing company based in Stockport.
