Job Description for Paediatric Cardiology Fellow
This Paediatric Cardiology Fellow role is initially for 12 months, supporting the service within Leeds General Infirmary's Paediatric cardiology department. The role does not lead to a formal UK national training number, and experience gained cannot be counted towards a registrar training period, even if a numbered post is later obtained.
This position suits individuals at ST3-4 level seeking more exposure to paediatric cardiology than typically offered during junior paediatric training (ST1-3). It is ideal for doctors building experience to support future applications for a UK training number in Paediatric Cardiology.
