Supply Desk is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting pupils in their learning journey and contributing to a positive and engaging classroom environment.
About the Role:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, supporting pupils throughout their learning
* Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support for children requiring additional guidance
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
* Encourage and motivate pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a positive attitude toward learning
* Work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils’ academic progress and overall wellbeing
Qualifications
* A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience supporting children within a school or educational environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude towards supporting children's learning and development
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
