Your Role
This role exists to provide flexible support across the Anchorage Service, covering staff sickness, leave, and periods of increased demand. The postholder will help ensure the smooth running of the service by stepping in wherever needed.
You will also offer person-centred support to young people aged 18–25 facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, substance misuse, and unemployment. Your work will focus on helping residents sustain their tenancies, build life skills, and progress towards independence, education, or employment. The role includes housing-related tasks, safeguarding responsibilities, and working with external partners to deliver a coordinated, multi-agency approach.
