What you'll be doing:
* Manage day-to-day client communications, acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts.
* Oversee projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
* Work closely with internal production teams to coordinate schedules, specifications, and project updates.
* Provide proactive support to clients, anticipating needs and offering solutions to strengthen partnerships.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and client service.
About you:
* Proven experience inprint customer service or account handling within a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Knowledge and experience of using Tharstern Primo is preferential, but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Good knowledge of print processes, products, and production workflows.
* A confident communicator who can build rapport with clients at all levels.
* Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
