IG Masonry Support Systems has combined experience with innovation to provide the most practical and advanced range of masonry support products on the market. Along with our sister brand Keyfix we offer a complete on stop shop for the structural and fire compliance in HRB’s. Based in Swadlincote, the role holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the IG Masonry Support & Keyfix external specification team. Meeting client expectations by promptly answering phone calls if necessary and queries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Managing a workload efficiently and prioritising tasks throughout the working day is key. Paying particular attention to following up project leads to develop into opportunities and proactively booking design meetings and CPD presentations to engage with the key specifiers on these and other project opportunities. You will be responsible for logging new project leads and appropriately updating records on Keylink as the project development and our involvement progresses and managing specification platforms to optimise business usage and success in securing product specifications. What you'll be doing: Professionally manage CPD enquiries & bookings including creating and distributing certificates to all attendees. Ensure Keylink is continuously kept up to date with correct account and contact data Manage existing project schedules and following up with Next Action Dates (NADs) Proactively contact architects/engineers/design teams to invite specifiers to attend meetings/CPDs Contact relevant internal managers highlighting when there is an important change to a schedule ie. Project ready for a full schedule Professionally manage IG Masonry Support’s NBS account, regularly updating & maintaining platform content, running reports, gathering analytics & sharing relevant data to internal managers Utilising findings to target architects/engineers/design teams as above Researching & logging new potential project leads & regularly monitoring them to update project progress. Provide great customer service & communication. Monitor emails and ensure a prompt response Support the office team to exceed individual, team and Company targets Demonstrate willingness to learn and expand general company as well as product knowledge Champion Health and Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed. What we're looking for: Experience in an administrative role Experience in proactive telephone calls, developing opportunities and understanding of sales processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages. Excellent written & verbal communication and customer service skills. Good organisational skills, meeting deadlines and organising external calendars for appointments.
