Create a meaningful difference in a child’s life!
Our mission is to offer safe, supportive, and nurturing homes for children who need them most—and we’re searching for dedicated, compassionate professionals to join us in our solo children's home in Mirfield.
As a Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker, you’ll play a central role in delivering consistent, trauma-informed care to a child in a solo placement. You’ll lead by example, fostering an environment where they feel secure, respected, and empowered to grow. From everyday routines to emotional guidance, your contribution will be key to building trust and achieving positive outcomes.
We’re looking for an experienced individual who is ready to take the lead, embrace responsibility, and make a genuine impact—someone who shares our commitment to putting children first and wants to develop their career in a rewarding and purposeful role.
We believe our people are our greatest strength. That’s why we invest in you—offering training, support, and opportunities to grow. When you join us, you’re not just taking a role; you’re joining a team that cares as much about your development as the children we support!
