Role responsibilities
The Assistant Compliance Manager will have a key role in gaining assurance of supplier activities related to the Infrastructure Management of TfW infrastructure.
1. Support the Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the Asset Management control system by understanding the requirements of the system, liaise with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure TfW remain an informed client throughout Asset Management activities.
2. Support the review and coordination of key management system documentation by assisting the review of the Asset Management plans to ensure they meet TfW policies and guidelines.
3. Support the continual Improvement of the governance system by working with the team and being innovative to ensure procedures are effective and accurate.
4. Maintain a clear audit trail of significant decisions and actions made in the compliance space by recording accurate minutes to ensure technical actions are accounted for.
Who we’re looking for
5. Demonstrable experience in a compliance role.
6. Proven experience of accurate record keeping.
7. Experience supporting management systems.
8. Computer literacy and experience of using a range of Office365 programmes. Mainly Excel, Word, Visio and SharePoint.
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
