We’re strengthening how we connect with colleagues, residents and stakeholders, and as part of this, we’re growing the team and creating three brand-new roles: Digital Communications Officer Internal Communications Advisor External Communications Officer These new posts reflect the growing importance of communications at emh group and the organisation’s commitment to transparency, engagement and culture. You’ll be joining a newly expanded team, with the opportunity to help shape internal communications approaches, channels and culture at a key moment of change and growth. The role As our Internal Communications Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, inclusive and strategically aligned internal communications that connect colleagues to emh group’s purpose, values and priorities. Working closely with the Head of Communications, the wider Communications team and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll help ensure messages are clear, timely and consistent, supporting engagement, organisational culture and change programmes. This role is central to how colleagues experience emh group and how we communicate during times of growth, transformation and delivery. About you We’re looking for someone who: Has experience delivering internal communications in a complex organisation Is confident creating engaging content across multiple channels, including intranet, newsletters and digital platforms Enjoys working with senior leaders and teams across the organisation to shape colleague messaging Understands the importance of accessibility, inclusion and clarity in internal communications Is proactive, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience in housing, the public sector or a regulated environment is beneficial but not essential.
