We require a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our established agency in central Reading, supplying staff to major businesses in the Industrial, Engineering and Logistic sectors. Key Responsibilities: Credit Control & Sales Ledger Purchase Ledger/Supplier Payments Managing the Accounts mailbox Payroll Support Client Statements Liaison with external Accountants Providing general administrative support to the Directors as required Experience in credit control and payroll preferred. The ideal candidate would possess: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel A keen eye for detail A proactive approach to problem-solving.
