Were seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our childrens residential home, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for young people.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously held roles such as OFSTED Children's Residential Home Manager or Children & Young Persons Home Manager.What Youll Need:To be considered, candidates must have:Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Children & Young Peoples Services (or equivalent)Proven experience managing a childrens residential care homeStrong understanding of OFSTED standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory frameworksKey Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with OFSTED regulations and Quality StandardsLead, mentor, and support your team with consistency and compassionBuild trusted relationships with families, local authorities, and external agenciesChampion best practices in safeguarding, care planning, and reportingDrive continuous improvement and maintain a homely, child-centred environmentWhy Join?A well-established care provider with a deep commitment to excellence.
