Ongoing Temporary Role
We’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a small but friendly and busy team in Launceston. This is an ongoing opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting the Office Manager and wider team across a range of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
o Handling customer queries in a professional and friendly manner
o Processing sales orders and invoices
o Supporting with banking and general finance administration
o Assisting with scheduling and planning for technicians
o Maintaining accurate records and databases
o Providing general admin support across the team
o Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
o Supporting process improvements and taking on ad hoc tasks
About You
o Highly organised with strong attention to detail
o Previous admin experience
o Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
o Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
o A great communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
o Flexible, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed
Desirable (but not essential):
o Previous office or admin experience
o Experience with invoicing or basic finance tasks
o Familiarity with Sage systems
