Senior Estates Surveyor Location: London (Hybrid) Rate: £440 per day Contract: 6 Months Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor to join a large public sector organisation in London, supporting a diverse operational and community estate including education, children's services, parks, leisure and libraries. This is a senior general practice estates role with a strong focus on Landlord and Tenant matters, complex lease events and broader strategic asset management activity. You will also oversee external agents/contractors and support governance and reporting.
