Job Title: Contracts Manager (Asbestos Experience desirable)Location: BelfastContracts Manager Asbestos experienceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to join a growing business. This role involves managing multiple refurbishment and reinstatement projects, often following fire, flood, and escape of water incidents. A key aspect of the role is overseeing works involving asbestos-containing materials, ensuring full compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage contracts from instruction through to completionAct as the main point of contact for clients, loss adjusters, insurers, and surveyorsPlan, programme, and coordinate works across various sitesOversee site teams including foremen, subcontractors, and tradesEnsure all works are completed in line with scope, budget, and timeframeManage projects involving asbestos, including coordination of surveys, removals, and compliance with legislationEnsure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations, particularly regarding asbestos handling and removalConduct site visits, progress meetings, and reportingManage costs, variations, and valuationsMaintain high levels of customer service and client satisfactionRequirementsProven experience as a Contracts ManagerStrong knowledge of building trades and construction methodsDemonstrable experience managing projectsKnowledge and experience working with asbestos (e.g. refurbishment/demolition surveys, licensed contractors, compliance requirements).
