Job Summary

We have already been approached by six other regions wanting this so this could go Nationwide over the next 10 years. getting it at the very first one in Middlesbrough before Darlington Stockton Hartlepool redcar could stand you in good stead to be employed for the rest of your career.
Volunteers will assist in a range of activities that support our mission and help us achieve our goals. This position is ideal for those looking to develop their skills, expand their network, and make a positive impact in the community.
Duties
Volunteers will be involved in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
* Assisting with project management and coordinating events
* Leading and supervising teams during activities and initiatives
* Engaging in fundraising efforts to support our programmes
* Developing marketing strategies to promote our cause
* Managing social media accounts to enhance our online presence
* Providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations
* Teaching workshops or sessions related to public health or other relevant topics
Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* Supervising experience, with the ability to lead and motivate others
* Strong project management capabilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
* Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration
* Marketing knowledge, particularly in promoting initiatives and events
* Fundraising expertise to help secure resources for our projects
* Proficiency in social media management, with an understanding of effective engagement strategies
* Administrative experience for organisational tasks and record keeping
* A background in public health is advantageous but not essential
* Teaching skills to facilitate educational sessions effectively

Pay: £18,315.00-£34,393.55 per year
