Description HydroPeptide is seeking an experienced and inspiring UK National Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion within the premium beauty retail landscape leading with energy, vision, and a results-driven focus. This role plays a key part in supporting HydroPeptide’s entry and expansion into high-end retail environments and luxury beauty destinations, working closely with leadership to ensure HydroPeptide shows up with excellence, consistency, and strong commercial impact. The National Sales Manager will build and nurture a high-performing team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. They will coach Account Executives to succeed in new business development,, and support the integration of HydroPeptide into prestige retail and high-value strategic partnerships. This individual will bring a deep understanding of the professional skincare market and ideally experience within the wider beauty retail ecosystem. Key Details Location: Home office and in-field, ideal candidate lives in the Greater London area Hours/Contract: Full Time, working typical BT business hours. Travel requirements: 25% Your Responsibilities As The UK National Sales Manager Team Development & Management: Support the consistent delivery of HydroPeptide’s brand standards premium beauty retail environments, ensuring all our professionals embody our values and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop Account Executives on HydroPeptide’s processes to drive high conversion Work with Account Executives on executing sell-in and sell-through initiatives with existing accounts that achieve growth objectives. Assist team in maintaining key account partnerships and KOL relationships. Conduct weekly team meetings to review KPI’s Co-create with the UK Sales Director clear development pathways and succession plans. Assist in preparing and executing annual sales meetings with the team. Execute new employee onboarding that allows for rapid business success. Successfully manage territory budget and assist UK Sales Director with territory forecasting. Provide field feedback to help shape effective sales tools, trainings, and product strategies. Analyse weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for performance opportunities and build strategies to address them. Ensure successful implementation of all sales training tools and materials for new product launches. Marketing, Education & Events Collaborate with marketing and education teams to leverage materials that drive commercial results. Lead and support educational initiatives and events that engage and elevate HydroPeptide’s presence Actively participate in in-field activities to coach team members, strengthen relationships, and identify strategic opportunities. Manage territory and events budget with a focus on maximizing return on investment across training, events, and account activation efforts. Personally represent HydroPeptide at high-profile events and educational engagements enhancing brand visibility and supporting strategic relationship-building. Support tailored educational programs reinforcing HydroPeptide’s position as a leader in advanced skincare. Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required to support growth and innovation. Requirements Skills You Bring to the Table: 2–3 years proven experience managing sales teams. 5 years in professional aesthetics account management. Models HydroPeptide’s core values—High Performance, Integrity, Clinical Results, and Luxury Experiences—in decision-making, leadership approach, and daily interactions. Excitement for and knowledge of the beauty/personal care market & industry trends. Experience selling skincare or beauty products in the spa, resort-spa, medical, or premium beauty retail space. Ability to travel 25%. Strong bias for action; rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities. What Could Set You Apart Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Familiarity with OKR methodology. Established relationships with advocates and opinion leaders in the beauty and skincare space. Previous experience supporting or working within luxury or prestige retail distribution.
