Key Responsibilities Perform a range of spa treatments such as massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies according to spa standards Conduct client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and any health considerations Customise treatments to ensure a safe, relaxing, and effective experience Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room in compliance with health and safety regulations Recommend appropriate products, services, and aftercare advice to clients Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and client loyalty Handle scheduling, treatment documentation, and client records as required Collaborate with other spa team members to create a positive guest experience Qualifications & Requirements Certification or diploma in Massage Therapyor Beauty Therapy, Previous experience as a Spa Therapist preferred Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality Physical ability to perform treatments for extended periods
