You'll be joining our
Highways maintenance
team, as the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?
You'll work as part of a team undertaking Highways repairs, cyclical works including gully cleaning and general highway maintenance.
Use technology (tablets/apps) to input safety data and maintenance records.
You'll drive/operate plant and equipment where trained, necessary for the day to day tasks set.
We'll ask you to take responsibility for vehicles/plant/materials in your charge.
Where appropriate provide direction/supervision of the work to less experienced operatives.
You'll undertake winter and emergency maintenance out of hours activities on a standby rota.
What You'll Bring
* Clean driving License
* A commitment to Health and Safety
* Good communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy
* Ability to undertake a high level of manual work and work outdoors in all weathers.
* LGV Class C driving licence OR demonstrate capability to support investment of LGV Class C training during probationary period.
* CSCS Card
