Our vision is simple: to be there to support people when they need us. We do this by putting people first, whether they be a tenant, student, learner, partner or colleague, we are here to create spaces where people can feel at home, get the support they need, and experience the quality they deserve. We are a values-led housing, care and support, and skills and education organisation, providing affordable homes alongside services that help people to thrive. This is important work, and our integrated approach means we can deliver long-term impact for individuals and communities. Last year marked 25 years of Acis and all we have delivered so far, but thats just the start of it. Were ambitious, looking to deliver more for the people we support, put customers needs and priorities at the heart of our decision making, and our positive and inclusive culture means that its a great place for people to work and thrive. As we continue to grow and evolve, strong governance and constructive challenge from our Board are essential to keeping us focused on our purpose, our customers and sustainable delivery.
