Waterford The Package: €50,000 – €60,000 (DOE) Vehicle Fuel Matched Pension The Project: €multi-million residential development Company: Southeast based Main Contractor Overview: A well renowned Main Contractor is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team on a high quality €multi-million residential development in Co. Waterford. The project consists of a large-scale housing scheme with associated groundworks and external works and is currently at an active stage of delivery. This contractor has an excellent reputation for delivering residential projects to a high standard and maintains a strong pipeline of work across the Southeast, offering long-term and stable career progression. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to grow their career while staying close to home. Key Responsibilities: Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site using Total Station and GPS. Assisting with the coordination of subcontractors, site teams, and material deliveries. Monitoring progress on site and reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager. Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 2–4 years’ experience working with an Irish Main Contractor or Developer. Strong setting out experience using Total Station and GPS. Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications. The Package: Salary is DOE, but you can expect between €50,000 – €60,000 Vehicle Fuel Matched Pension.
