Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with a specialist SEN school in Penzance. They are now seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team this September.

✨ The Role:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Adapt resources to meet individual EHCP targets
* Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and teaching assistants to provide holistic support
* Create a structured, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Use behaviour management strategies that prioritise wellbeing and progress

The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), ideally in a specialist or SEN setting
* Knowledge of strategies such as TEACCH, PECS, or Makaton
* Confident in classroom management and working within a multi-disciplinary team
* Empathetic, resilient, and committed to making a difference every day
