Salary: £90 – £130 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step? GSL Education are in search of a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Rainham.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and structured lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 in the absence of the class teacher.
* Support the academic and emotional development of pupils, both 1:1 and in small groups.
* Plan and prepare activities in line with the curriculum.
* Assist with assessments, classroom management, and targeted interventions.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support learning outcomes.
* Contribute positively to the wider school environment and school events.
Job Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Ability to lead a class and manage behaviour effectively.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A nurturing and resilient approach to working with children.
* Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
