Job Description
The People Business Partner will:
3. Provide strategic HR advice and support to leadership and management teams.
4. Collaborate on workforce planning and talent management strategies.
5. Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
6. Support organisational change and development activities.
7. Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve workforce performance.
8. Deliver HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Business Partner should have:
9. Proven experience in a Human Resources role, particularly Change Management experience.
10. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
11. Experience in delivering strategic HR initiatives and business partnering.
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
13. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
