Supply Chain Programme Manager
Location: Warwick
Hybrid work: Twice per week in the office
The Supply Chain Programme Manager (SCPM) is responsible for defining and executing a programme of sourcing transfer projects that reactivate the ST30 engine’s components to support services and new unit requirements.
Responsibilities
* Define the work breakdown structure, sourcing packages, and supporting programmes of work to deliver source change requirements.
* Manage programme team members, including other SC Project Managers, dedicated resources, and supporting staff, to maximize capacity and ensure timely delivery.
* Act as liaison between the A35 Portfolio and key stakeholders, ensuring resource management decisions support programme deliverables.
* Oversee project managers and team roles in project quality, risk management, performance reporting, and budgeting, maintaining high standards of project execution.
* Establish and manage a Change Control Board to approve programme changes affecting schedule or budget.
* Form and report to a steering committee advisory board comprising cross-functional executives.
* Report to the head of Supply Chain Transformation Programmes.
The programme scope includes up to 200 components requiring sourcing and qualification within 3 years, with up to 15 full-time resources. Key commodities include discs, shafts, casings, blades, vanes, combustion liners, piping, engine controls, and machining, including provisioning of castings and forgings. The programme concludes when the supply chain delivers acceptable quality and rate.

Essential
* Recognized Project Management Certification.
* Relevant Bachelor’s degree with sound business or engineering knowledge.
* Significant experience in project management, engineering, or supply chain roles.
* Understanding of OEM & Service business processes, process improvement, and performance delivery.
* Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, sourcing, risk management, and programme management.
* Understanding of aerospace design and change control processes.
* Ability to work at all levels and manage change effectively.
* Experience working in a matrix organization with mixed resources.

* Multilingual skills or interests.
