FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Tamworth, West Midlands .

Shifts: • Monday to Friday • 22:00 – 06:00 (Night Shift)

Day-to-Day Duties: • Safely and efficiently operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck • Conduct daily pre-use inspections and report any faults or issues to management • Receive goods into the warehouse and accurately stow pallets in designated locations • Check the quantity and visual quality of all incoming and outgoing goods • Unpack, store, and organise incoming materials • Prepare and move stock ready for dispatch • Support general warehouse operations as required • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Essential Skills: • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence • Proven experience operating a Counterbalance Truck • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Good spatial awareness and attention to detail • Reliable, motivated, and organised • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure • Flexibility and a positive attitude
Desirable Experience: • Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
Training Provided: • Full on-site training provided • Assessment required before commencing work
