As a Receptionist within Gino D'Acampo Restaurant you will be working in a high tempo and faced paced environment and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the guest journey is seamless. You will be responsible for ensuring the best experience for our guests as the first point of contact.
Working together with the floor team to maintain a high level of communication.
As well as delivering amazing guest experiences, you will be:

Candidate Requirements
The successful applicant must demonstrate:
* minimum 2 year experience within Hospitality and Hosting
* Knowledge in sales is preferred, but not essential as regular training is provided.
* Great communicator and a genuine people person.
* Have a sincere love for hospitality and passion for high-end service delivery – a guest
focused individual.
* Extremely well organized, committed, and hard-working.
* A great team player and relationship builder.
* Someone who can work unsupervised at times.
