Venue Cymru is the region's busiest Entertainment and Conference Centre. The venue comprises of a 1500 seat auditorium, an Arena that can accommodate 2500 standing combined with prestigious Conference and Exhibition facilities. We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Front of House Manager to help us create memorable experiences for our audiences.
As Casual Assistant Front of House Manager, as and when required, you will play a key role in the safe and professional running of our events and performances. You will support the Front of House Manager with daily operations, lead and motivate staff and volunteers and act as Duty Manager when required. From ensuring audience safety to resolving on the night challenges, no two days are the same.
We require a calm, confident and professional leader with strong decision making skills. An individual who is skilled at motivating and supporting teams, including volunteers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in customer service or venue/event management with experience in theatre events or entertainment venues an advantage.
You will receive enhanced rates of pay for evening, bank holiday and weekend work.
The hours of work will require evening, weekend and bank holiday working.
