We are urgently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Contact Centre team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in providing first-class customer service to residents and supporting essential housing services. You must be available to start immediately.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Advisor your role will involve:
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
2. Provide advice on queries including rent, repairs, and tenancy management.
3. Log and track enquiries using CRM systems, ensuring accurate records.
4. Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
5. Handleplaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
6. Support vulnerable customers by signposting to appropriate services.
7. Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Previous experience in customer service.
9. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
11. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
