Our client is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join their team to support digital transformation projects, primarily focusing on streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes within Local Governments.
Experience:
* Operational change management (not technical)
* Experience with Local Government Bodies
* Knowledge of Revenue & Benefits processes
* Lean Six Sigma
* Digital Transformation
Key Tasks:
* Specify, model, and analyse business requirements ensuring completeness and clarity, aligning with statutory, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Use modelling, requirements gathering, and process mapping techniques for business change initiatives.
* Evaluate documented processes to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities, presenting proposals to technical and managerial stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications supporting business change programs.
* Communicate effectively to understand and align with business needs and priorities.
* Assess risks and opportunities related to recommendations, suggesting mitigation strategies.
* Identify necessary processes and IT solutions for implementing recommendations.
