Rotational Shifts: (Weekly) Mon - Thu 06.00-14.00; 14.00-22.00, Fri 06.00-12.00, 12.00-18.00
Position Summary
As a Production Operative in our Processing area, you will be responsible for mixing chemicals before they reach the filling and packaging areas. You must operate machinery vigilantly to avoid accidents. Responsibilities include operating machinery, completing administrative tasks, weighing fluids/powders, and performing simple maintenance. Join our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate processing machinery at different stages of production, ensuring safety and efficiency
* Sort and weigh materials to meet specifications and verify accuracy
* Anticipate and adjust to production line needs to prevent delays
* Perform basic hourly maintenance on machinery
* Complete shift paperwork accurately and clearly
* Support fellow operators to maintain focus and safety
* Report malfunctions or errors promptly
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
* Basic computer skills; experience or knowledge of SAP preferred
* FLT License is desirable but not essential
* Experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in Packaging, Food, FMCG sectors
* Ability to work well in a team
* Willingness to participate in process improvements and team activities
