Supplier Performance & Contract Manager – Technology
Royal Mail is looking for a commercially astute and results-driven Supplier Performance & Contract Manager to lead strategic supplier relationships across our Technology function. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage end-to-end supplier performance, oversee complex contracts, and deliver measurable value through cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own supplier relationships and drive financial and operational performance
* Lead contract reviews, renewals, and commercial governance
* Act as a key escalation point and resolve supplier disputes
* Collaborate across Technology, Procurement, Legal, and Service Delivery
* Deliver executive-level reporting and support strategic tenders
* Mentor and manage a high-performing team of contract managers
* Champion best practice in supplier performance and relationship management
