We are expanding our market presence in the UK & Ireland Emergency Care market, focusing on new technology and better outcomes for emergency care providers handling high-pressure situations. The successful candidate will manage a high-value territory (South West and South Coast) and report to the Emergency Care Regional Sales Manager. A collaborative team approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Exceed quarterly and annual sales budgets, managing capital pipeline development and accurate forecasting.
2. Support and collaborate with teams such as contracts & pricing, compliance, customer service, and logistics to ensure excellent customer service.
3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders within UK Ambulance Trusts, including paramedics, practitioners, fleet and operations directors, procurement, finance, and ambulance manufacturers.
4. Develop clinical champions to promote current and future technology platforms via health economics analysis.
5. Maintain and develop relationships within the emergency services customer base.
6. Utilize market dynamics to support business growth.
7. Innovatively pursue new business opportunities with current and future technologies, working as part of a results-driven team.
Qualifications:
* BA or BSc in Biomedical, Lifesciences, Business, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in selling surgical or medical capital equipment is desirable but not essential.
* Proven sales success and ability to attain targets.
* Valid UK driver’s license.
* Ability to build rapport with NHS personnel and private medical staff.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
