Review, confirm, and install the necessary cabling for GSM and autodialer system integration. Diagnose and resolve network dropouts, interference, and connectivity issues. Understand VoIP, SIP, and PSTN communication protocols. Optimise signal strength and troubleshoot issues. Work safely within lift environments and follow BS7255, LOLER, and Safed guidelines for the release of trapped passengers (training provided by the company). Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to improve system efficiency and performance. Maintain documentation and provide service logs and installation reports.
