Senior QA Test Engineer / Technical Lead Cambridge / WFH to £80k

As a Senior QA Test Engineer / Technical Lead you'll be responsible for driving and monitoring QA processes within the team and ensure that products are being developed and delivered to the highest possible quality standards. You'll collaborate with software engineering teams and DevOps using C# and Postman for unit testing to instil best practice, continually improving QA and test strategy in collaboration with the Head of QA and as a key part of the company's "Testing Guild".
Location / WFH:
There's a flexible work from home hybrid model, you'll join colleagues in the Cambridge office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings with the other three days work from home.
About you:
You have a strong QA testing background and care about delivering high quality software
You have experience of improving existing QA processes and strategy
You have experience of managing small QA testing teams and collaborating with software engineers and DevOps
You're happy to be a test evangelist, act as an SME and be the voice of testing for your product area
You have a good knowledge of the associated technology e.g. JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, CypressIO, WebDriverIO, Protractor, Postman, C#, REST APIs, Docker, microservices, CI/CD
You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication skills
