About the role:
We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our UK People team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities within the unmanned vehicle industry.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer based in New Zealand, you’ll be responsible for executing recruitment strategies, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our culture and innovative products.
You will be actively sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to support our global expansion. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure we hire individuals aligned with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles, proactively sourcing talent through multiple channels.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and success profiles.
* Guide hiring managers through effective, inclusive recruitment processes.
* Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, reflecting our culture and values.
* Maintain our ATS (Rippling) and recruitment workflows for efficiency and organization.
* Support initiatives around internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding.
* Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools as we grow.
You will have:
* 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally in Aerospace Engineering, Unmanned Vehicle Engineering, or Software Engineering.
* Proven success in proactive sourcing.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly autonomous with effective workload management.
* Genuine passion for aerospace, robotics, and our company mission.
